| 摘 要： | 从系统工程的观点出发,分析研究了系资料室情报资料服务系统的诸多要素及其结构与功能.运用模糊线性加权变换原理制订出该系统的结构与功能评估模型.模型分4级定性定量,24个评价指标.

| Abstract: | This paper studies factors,structure and function in scientific and technologi-cal information service system of collegiate department information room,based on the con-cept of Systems Engineering.Using principle of Fuzzy Linear Change with Weight,it formsthe evaluating model of structure and function in the system.The model is composed of 24targets and divided into 4 grades to determine the nature and the quantity of the factors. |
