王百合雄性不育突变体花药发育过程中内源激素变化

摘    要:采用酶联免疫测定技术研究了王百合及其雄性不育突变体‘白天使’花药发育过程中 7种内源激素含量的变化 .结果表明 :①花粉母细胞形成期、减数分裂中期I‘白天使’花药和花瓣中IAA含量分别低于王百合 ,而IPA和DHZR含量分别高于王百合 ;②花粉母细胞形成期、减数分裂中期I及四分体 -单核期‘白天使’花药及花瓣中IAA IPA、IAA ZR +DHZR值分别低于王百合 ;③减数分裂中期I及四分体 -单核期‘白天使’花药中GA3+ 4低于王百合 ,减数分裂中期I花瓣中GA3+ 4的含量也以‘白天使’为低 ;④减数分裂中期I及四分体 -单核期 ,与王百合相比 ,‘白天使’花药、花瓣中ABA含量不足 .雄性不育突变体‘白天使’花药和花瓣中IAA、IPA、DHZR、GA3+ 4、ABA含量出现的异常可能与雄性不育的发生有关 .

Abstract:Changes of seven endogenous hormones contents were studied by ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) during anther development of Lilium regale and its male sterility mutant ‘white angel’. The results showed as follows: ①From pollen mother cell stage to meiosis metaphase I, IAA contents in anthers and petals of ‘white angel’ were lower than those of %L. regale%, IPA and DHZR contents were higher than those of %L. regale.% ②The lower value of IAA/IPA and IAA/ZR+DHZR in anthers and petals of ‘white angel’ than in those of %L. regale% was found from pollen mother cell stage and meiosis metaphase I to tetrad uninucleate stage. ③GA 3+4 content in anthers of ‘white angel’ was lower than that of %L. regale% from meiosis metaphase I to tetrad uninucleate stage. So was GA 3+4 content in petals at meiosis metaphase I. ④Compared with %L. regale,% ABA contents in anthers and petals of ‘white angel’ were insufficient from meiosis metaphase I to tetrad uninucleate stage. It was proposed that the abnormality of IAA,IPA,DHZR,GA 3+4 ,ABA contents in anthers and petals of ‘white angel’ might be related to the generation of male sterility in ‘white angel’.
