广东欠发达山区优化土地资源配置途径探讨——基于土地流转视角

广东欠发达山区的农村一直以来都面临一系列问题,主要表现为农业副业化、农民老龄化、农村空心化,农民增收困难.对广东欠发达地区土地资源不合理配置的因素进行分析,探索完善土地流转对策--推进产业化、促进以出租为主的土地流转以及创新农村金融体系、将耕地和宅基地等允许作抵押贷款物.

Study for ways to optimize the allocation of land resources in less developed regions of Guangdong

Less developed regions of Guangdong has been face a range of issues, mainly for agriculture at sideline-oriented, aging farmers, rural "hollow", weak foundation, and stagnation in farmer's ineome. In this paper, by anglicizing of the factors in irrational allocation of land resources to explore the less developed areas in Guangdong to revitalize the rural economy-to promote industrialization, speed up the land transfer and innovation in rural financial system, allow rural homestead to mortgages.
