摘    要:通过分析大型异形变速箱壳体的结构特点,进行柔性加工工艺设计,解决了大型异形变速箱壳体的定位基准选择、夹紧变形、深孔加工等问题,用两道工序即可完成大型异形变速箱壳体6个方向的加工。加工调试的实践表明,大型异形变速箱壳体的夹紧变形不容忽视。

Abstract:According to the analysis of large abnormal transmission housing' s characteristic,we designed the flexible machining technology, and solved the machining problems such as machining orientation, clamping deformation, deep hole machining and so on. We make two working procedures to finish all the machining allowance of transmission housing in six directions. The processing and debugging results show that the clamping deformation of large abnormal transmission housing should never be neglected.
