樱桃组织培养的研究

摘    要:以樱桃当年生幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究了影响樱桃增殖、生根的主要因素。试验结果表明:适合增殖成苗的培养基是MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+白砂糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L,适合生根的培养基是1/2MS+NAA0.6 mg/L+白砂糖20g/L+琼脂7 g/L。

Abstract:The main factors of propagation and rooting of cherry were studied with the tender stem segments as explants in cherry tissue culture.The results showed that the best medium for proliferation was MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L Sugar 30 g/L Agar 7 g/L and the proper medium for plant rooting was 1/2 MS NAA 0.6 mg/L Sugar 20 g/L Agar 7g/L.
