不同处理对福建含笑种子发芽的影响

对福建含笑的种子分别进行了不同储藏方式和不同浸种方式的发芽对比试验。结果表明,层积沙藏的效果最好,其种子平均发芽率为62.7%;不同浸种方式的发芽对比试验中,经处理的种子发芽高峰期集中在第26-31天,平均发芽率为24.8%;浸种温度和赤霉素是影响福建含笑种子萌发的主要因子;最佳处理方式是先用质量浓度为1 200 mg.L-1的赤霉素浸泡12 h,然后在50℃的水浴中浸种30 min,其种子发芽率最高,达到48%。

The effects of different treatments on the germination of Michelia fujianensis seeds

The germination contrast test of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.Zheng seeds was conducted in different storage methods and different soaking methods.The results showed that the effect of sand stratification was the best.The average germination rate of M.fujianensis seeds was 62.7%.In the germination contrast test of different soaking methods,germination peak of M.fujianensis seeds under treatment was during 26-31 d,which average germination rate reached 24.8%.Soaking temperature and gibberellin were the important factors to influence the germination rate of M.fujianensis seeds.The best treatment could be realized under conditions with first corventration 1 200 mg·L-1 gibberellin soaking 12 h and then 30 min of 50 ℃ water bath time,which germination rate of M.fujianensis seeds was the highest,reaching 48%.
