利用单单杂交技术选育出平菇菌种A0713

随着食用菌行业的发展,利用生物技术手段培育出优良平菇新品种逐步成为各国科学家研究的重点,但因平菇品种繁多,名称不统一,直观判断其优劣不够准确和科学,给深入研究带来了很多不便。本试验利用模糊综合分析法初步研究了17种异源菌种的优劣,而后利用原生质技术中的单单杂交方法对2种异源菌种进行了杂交,经过菌丝镜检、A0713与亲本拮抗试验和A0713出菇试验初步证明融合成功。

Hyphaes A0713 Developed by Using One-to-One Hybridization Method

Pleurotus ostreatus that is rich in amino acids and necessary trace elements is a common edible mushroom.Scientists are focusing on searching methods for developing new varieties with superior characteristics.However,it has been challenging to make progress due to the identity and name confusion.In this study we used fuzzy comprehensive analytical method to evaluate the superiority of 17 hyphaes,and then used one-to-one protoplast hybridization of distinct hyphaes.We used microscopic examination,protest and antagonism test with A0713 to determine the success of protoplast fusion.
