栽培二棱大麦花粉母细胞减数分裂的研究

本文以幼穗为材料,观察了二棱大麦花粉母细胞的减数分裂。观察表明:大麦的小穗顺序与花粉母细胞减数分裂时期呈显著的相关关系。同一小花不同花药减数分裂时期基本是同步的;同一花药细胞减数分裂不同步的比率为50％。实验也统计了减数分裂各时期在同一穗上的频率。观察到大麦花粉母细胞减数分裂各时期均有体细胞有丝分裂现象;也观察到第二次减数分裂子细胞分裂不同步的不正常现象。

Study on the Meiosis of Polten Mother Cells in Cultivated Two-Rowed Barly

The meiosis of pollen mother cells in cultivated two-rowed barly,based on the material of the ear,was observed,and it showed that: the order of little ear was obviously correlative with the period of the meiosis.The meiosis of different anthers in one flower generally occured at the same time and the meiosis of 50% cells in one anther occured at the different time. Statistical frequency of the meiosis in every period in one ear was made by expriment.It was also observed that there was mitosis of soma and son cell division in second meiosis didn't occur simultaneously in every period of the meiosis of pollen mother cells in cultivated two-rowed barly.
