| 摘 要： | 采用药膜法测定了高毒农药替代品的6种药剂对柑桔害虫重要捕食性天敌亚非玛草蛉Mallada desjardinsi的毒力作用。结果表明,6种药剂对亚非玛草蛉的毒力大小依次为毒死蜱〉氧化乐果〉丁硫克百威〉高效氯氟氰菊酯〉阿维菌素〉印楝素。其中前5种药剂的LC95分别为18.67、324.48、1694.80、11520.83、642592.76mg/L;LC50分别为8.20、41.03、134.85、527.89、7799.57mg/L。印楝素对亚非玛草蛉的毒性极小,其LC50和LC95因毒力低而未测出。

| Abstract: | Mallada desjardinsi is a common predator of insect pests in citrus orchard.By drug-film method,toxicities of six insecticides on M.desjardinsi were determined in laboratory.Toxicity ranked from high to low was chlorpyrifos,omethoate,carbosulfan,cyhalothrin,abamectin and azadirachtin.LC95 of the first five insecicides was 18.67,324.48,1694.80,11520.83,642592.76 mg/L,respectively,and LC50 was 8.20,41.03,134.85,527.89,7799.57 mg/L,respectively.The toxicity of azadirachtin was too low to be detected,so it was the safest among the six pesticides. |
