| 摘 要： | 关于唐代自然灾害与社会赈济的研究,近年来受到学者们的高度重视,成果大量涌现。但在以往的研究成果中,多是侧重于对自然灾害发生的总体状况及社会应对措施的研究(1),而对单项自然灾害(尤其是水灾)及社会赈济方面,却鲜有提及。本文就唐代水灾发生的概况、造成的社会危害及国家赈济政策与措施等方面进行系统的梳理,以期对这一问题有一个全面的了解和认识。

| Abstract: | Floods frequently occurred in Tang Dynasty,it have 231 times in all,and take mainly in 7,8,9 months.The frequent floods brought serious damage to the people’s life,economic development and the stability of social order.The rulers of Tang Dynasty carried out a series of relief measures after the floods,the main of them were distributing relief materials,loan,reducing taxes,allotting grain,death relief and helping victims of flood build house,etc.These measures play a certain role in lightening disaster and ensuring the basic life of flood victims. |
