摘    要:生态需水量的研究是水资源合理配置和生态环境建设的重要理论基础。以蒲河流域为例,根据北方河流生态需水量在年型和年内的变化规律,分析河流生态环境功能。利用基流比例法和近10a的最枯月平均流量法分别计算河道生态需水量和河道的自净需水量,得到生态基流范围在0.57~7.64m3/s;经分析得出保持河道需水量和对污染物的自净能力的河流最小生态基流量为0.57m3/s。试验结果可为流域规划和生态调度提供必要的依据。

Abstract:The study on ecological water demand is an important theoretical basis for the rational water resources allocation and the ecological environment construction. Taking Puhe basin as an example, analysis is made on the river ecosystem function in accordance with the changes in the inter-annual ecological water demand and the changes with a year in the north of China. The ecological water demand of the river channel and self-purification water demand are calculated respectively through the basic flow ratio method and the mean flow method in the dries month in nearly 10 years. The result shows the range of 7.64~0.57 m3/s for ecological base flow. The analysis shows the minimum ecological base flow of 0.57 m3/s for keeping the ecological water demand and self-purification capacity. The experimental results can provide evidence for river planning and for ecological scheduling.
