在详细介绍薏苡及薏苡仁所含营养成分(蛋白质、脂肪、氨基酸、脂肪酸等)的基础上,分析其在药用、食用保健、化妆品、饲料、工艺品方面的综合开发利用现状,旨在为薏苡资源的综合利用提供有益的参考。

Abstract:
This article deals with the nutrition ingredients of coix lacryma and coix seed. The author examines the present state of the comprehensive development and utilization of coix lacryma and coix seed in the fields of medicine, healthcare, cosmetic, fodder, and artware so as to provide reference for similar coix development and utilizations.
