| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验,研究了穗条类型、生根试剂处理穗条、穗条插口修剪位置,在大叶栎扦插育苗过程中对其插穗生根率,平均主根数量及平均根系长的影响。结果表明:影响大叶栎扦插苗成活的主要因素是穗条类型;采用中段穗条作插穗、用吲哚丁酸处理穗条、穗条作腋芽处剪,其扦插育苗成活率可达87.67%。

| Abstract: | The effects of cutting type,hormone treatment and cutting position on rooting ratio,average number of taproot and average length of root system were studied by orthogonal experiment.The experimental results indicated that the major factor affecting the survival of cuttings of Castanopsis fissa was cutting type.Using the cuttings from the middle part,treated with IBA,cutting at the axillary bud,the survival ratio of cuttings could achieve 87.67 %. |
