摘    要:山茱萸作为一种中药被广泛应用于中医上,然而山茱萸也是一种药食同源的物料。近年来,随着人们对于保健食品意识的增强,山茱萸的开发被提上议事日程,而且对其开发利用更是迅速。阐述了山茱萸的综合利用现状,对于更加有效地开展山茱萸深加工,形成产业化提出了展望。

Abstract:Cornel as a Chinese medicine has been widely used in traditional Chinese medical science.However,cornel is also a kind of medicine and allied material.In recent years,along with the consciousness of people about health-care food,the development of cornel will be put on the agenda and its development and utilization is prompter.This paper expounds the comprehensive utilization of cornel,it forecasts more effective implementation of the deep processing of cornel to form industrialization.
