| Abstract: | This paper summarized the recent domestic and foreign achievements and researches on various methods for the extraction,separation and purification of teaflavins.It also analysed and appraised the merits and defects of the method of column chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography.It has concluded that the perfect way of separation and purification of theaflvins lies in the combination of column chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography. |
