| Abstract: | The concept of rule of law with the characteristics of socialism is closely related to the ideology, which is also recognized as the guiding thought for the work of politics and laws. The so- called returning here is an absolute contrast to and an urgent requirement against the serious disturbance in the ideological field of politics and laws. In other words, the returning to the concept of rule of law with the characteristics of socialism means to get rid of the serious disturbance in the ideological field of politics and laws and hold the flag of Marxism the guiding thought firmly. |
