摘    要:为了有效控制肥料量,并能控制作物生长期内肥料量的适时供给,近几年发明了一种利用可降解材料制成袋包装的袋状控释肥。它作为一款新型增值肥料,能根据作物对养分的需求缓慢释放营养元素,进而显著提高肥料利用率,减少环境污染。由于目前国内外还没有一款针对袋状控释肥连续、均匀和有序排放的技术与装备,为了探讨袋状控释肥如何实现有序排肥问题,该文围绕振动排序输送、离心排序输送、带式排序输送、辊筒排序输送和机器手分拣排序输送等方面进行分析,指出了现有袋状物料顺序输送存在的主要问题,对后续袋状控释肥有序排肥机构的设计进行了展望。

Abstract:In order to effectively control amount of fertilizer and a timely supply of fertilizer during growing period of crops,a bag controlled release fertilizer packed with degradable materials had been invented in recent years.As a new type of value-added fertilizer,it can release nutrients slowly according to a demand of crops for nutrients,thus fertilizer utilization rate was significantly improved and environmental pollution was reduced.At present,there is no technology and equipment for continuous,uniform and orderly discharge of bagged controlled release fertilizer,in order to discuss how to achieve orderly discharge of bag controlled release fertilizer,vibration sorting transportation,centrifugal sorting transportation,belt sorting transportation,roller sorting transportation and machine hand sorting transportation were analyzed.Some main problems existing in a sequential transportation of bagged materials were pointed out,and the design of sequential discharging mechanism of bagged controlled-release fertilizer was prospected.
