全自动蔬菜移栽机在生产中的应用

摘    要:为了解全自动蔬菜移栽机在生产中的使用效果,对生菜、黄瓜2种典型蔬菜开展了生菜膜上和垄上、黄瓜垄上移栽试验,考核全自动蔬菜移栽机对这2种蔬菜移栽的适用性。试验结果表明:该移栽机垄上移栽黄瓜、膜上及垄上移栽生菜秧苗适应性好,栽植合格率高达92%以上,各项性能指标基本达到标准要求,未出现明显的伤苗情况,从作业性能看,可以在京郊地区使用推广。相对而言,该机更适合不铺膜垄上移栽作业,栽植合格率更高。与人工作业相比,全自动蔬菜移栽机移栽生菜作业效率比人工提高了6倍,移栽黄瓜的作业效率比人工提高了18倍。

Abstract:In order to understand effect of full automatic vegetable transplanter in production,transplanting tests of lettuce on ridge and film and cucumber on ridge were carried out,applicability of full automatic transplanter to these two vegetables transplanting were assessed.Experimental results showed that both transplanting of cucumber on ridge and lettuce on film and ridge had good adaptability,transplanting pass rate was as high as 92%,and performance indicators basically met standard requirements,no obvious injury was found.In terms of operational performance,full automatic vegetable transplanter could be used for promotion in outskirts of Beijing.Full automatic vegetable transplanter was more suitable for transplanting on ridge with no film,and had higher planting rate.Compared with manual work,operating efficiency of transplanting machine was 6 times higher than manual operation for transplanting lettuce,and was 18 times higher than manual operation for transplanting cucumber.
