| 摘 要： | 为解决新疆农机专业人才培养与产业发展实际需求脱节、技术人才短缺的问题，以新疆农业大学机电工程学院为例，构建了新工科视域下农业机械化专业应用型创新人才培养新模式，提出了农机专业人才培养改革内容及实施方案，旨在培养能够胜任农机行业发展需求的应用型和技术创新型新工科人才，为新疆的农业机械产业快速发展储备人才。

| Abstract: | In order to solve problems of disconnection of the demand for agricultural machinery professionals and the shortage of industrial development in Xinjiang，College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering，Xinjiang Agricultural University was taken as an example to construct a new model of applied innovative talents for agricultural mechanization under the new engineering vision，at the same time，agricultural machinery professional personnel training reform content and implementation method plan were put forward，with a view to reserving talents for the rapid development of agricultural machinery industry in Xinjiang. |
