叶酸溶液的二维可见-近红外透射光谱响应研究

摘    要:叶酸是一种重要的维生素,在日常饮食中人体摄入叶酸普遍不足。探索叶酸的快速检测手段,对富含叶酸食品的检测及其功能性产品的开发有重要的意义。该研究配置了20个浓度梯度的叶酸溶液,采用可见-近红外光谱仪获得了不同浓度下的透射光谱图。视浓度为外扰,应用二维相关光谱相关理论对叶酸溶液进行分析。结果表明,在可见光谱区内有3个较强的特征波,从强到弱依次为430、450和550 nm,并且在这些波段处的吸光度值与叶酸溶液的浓度呈线性相关,其相关系数在0.98以上;在短波近红外光谱区内有6个较明显的特征波,从强到弱依次为1 410、1 440、1 490、1 540、1 520和1 510 nm。该研究明确了在可见-近红外透射光谱作用下,叶酸溶液的敏感波段和敏感程度,为叶酸的快速检测提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Folic acid is an important vitamin in human body.In dialy diet,intaking quantity of folic acid is not enough.Exploring method of rapid detection folic acid is of great significance for detecting raw materials of food and developing functional products rich in folic acid.In this research,folic acid solution with 20 concentration gradients was prepared.Transmission spectrum were acquired by visible-near infrared spectrometer.Folic acid solution was analyzed by two-dimensional correlation spectrum theory and the concentration was regarded as external disturbance.Results showed that there were three characteristic spectrums,from strong to weak,430,450 and 550 nm in visible region.Absorbance values at these bands were linearly dependent on the concentration of folic acid solution,and correlation coefficients were above 0.98.There were six characteristic spectrums,from strong to weak,1 410,1 440,1 490,1 540,1 520 and 1 510 nm in short wave near infrared spectrum region.In this study,sensitive band and sensitive degree of folic acid solution were pointed out under action of visible-near infrared transmission spectrum.It will be helpful for rapid detection of folic acid.
