妇女多维贫困测量、分解与精准扶贫——基于福建省“巾帼扶贫”五年攻坚计划调研数据

为了解妇女多维贫困度,采用MPI指数的A-F方法,利用2015年福建省妇联"巾帼扶贫"五年攻坚计划专项调研数据,从11个维度对贫困妇女进行多维贫困测量,并对多维贫困指数进行分解。结果表明:福建省贫困妇女最为严重的贫困状况为9个维度同时存在贫困现象。社会关系、健康、教育、卫生设施、决策权这些维度对福建省贫困妇女多维贫困的贡献率较高。龙岩、泉州、漳州、南平等地区在不同维度取值下分别显示贫困贡献率较大。

Targeted women poverty alleviation and multidimensional poverty measurement:Based on the survey data of the five-year plan for women poverty alleviation in Fujian Province

Targeted women poverty alleviation needs a precise measure of their poverty.Multidimensional poverty measurement can reflect poverty status comprehensively.In order to understand the degree of multidimensional poverty,the A-F of MPI index is adopted to measure the multidimensional poverty of poor women in Fujian Province from 11 dimensions and then decomposed respectively from the perspective of dimensions and regions based on the data from the project of Five Years Plan of "Women''s Poverty Alleviation",which was carried out by Fujian Women''s Federation in 2015.The results show that the highest poverty dimension is nine,and social relationships,health,education,sanitation facilities and decision-making dimensions have the highest contribution to the multidimensional poverty indexes.Under different number of dimension values,Longyan,Quanzhou,Zhangzhou and Nanping have been proved to have greater impact on the multidimensional poverty indexes.
