| 摘 要： | 农业走出去正处于逐步向高质量发展转变的关键阶段，中国企业对外农业投资迫切需要工程咨询深度介入，以实现决策科学化规范化。在分析农业走出去形势和农业走出去工程咨询现状的基础上，着重对工程咨询机构服务农业走出去的主要任务和发展思路进行了探讨，并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Chinese agriculture going global is at critical stage of seeking a high-quality development.Engineering consultation is urgently needed by overseas investment in agriculture implemented by China’s enterprises for scientific decision making.Tasks and development approaches of engineering consultation institutions how to play a key role in agriculture going global were presented by analyzing situation of agriculture going global and related engineering consultation，some suggestions were also put forward. |
