2CGF-2型甘薯移栽机改装滴灌带后作业性能试验

摘    要:为解决2CGF-2型甘薯移栽机在京郊地区作业中浇水带苗的技术问题,以农机农艺融合为切入点,将原有水箱装置改为滴灌带,并对移栽机进行了移栽试验。结果表明,改装后移栽机移栽合格率为100.0%,株距变异系数为10.3%,移栽深度平均值为8.7 cm,滴灌带上方平均覆土厚度为3.3 cm,滴灌带铺设位置在薯苗侧下方,侧方平均距离为3.3 cm,下方平均距离为4.3 cm,达到农艺种植指标要求。该机劳动生产率较人工移栽有大幅度提高,且生产作业成本较低,适宜在京郊进行薯苗移栽作业,可以在实际生产中推广应用。

Abstract:In order to solve seedling pulling problem caused by watering during operation of 2CGF-2 sweet potato transplanting machine,integration of agricultural machinery and techniques was taken as breakthrough point,original water tank device of 2CGF-2 sweet potato transplanter was changed to drip tape,and transplanting performance test was carried out.Results showed that pass rate of transplanting was 100.0%,coefficient of plant distance variation was 10.3%,average depth of transplanting was 8.7 cm,thickness of soil above drip irrigation belt was 3.3 cm,drip irrigation belt was laid below the side of potato fry,with an average side distance of 3.3 cm and an average bottom distance of 4.3 cm.Results met requirements of agronomic planting target.Labor productivity of sweet potato transplanting machine has been greatly increased compared with manual transplanting,and production operation cost was low.Sweet potato transplanting machine was suitable for transplanting potato seedlings in Beijing suburbs and could be widely used in actual production.
