十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-12)对Cr6+胁迫下空心菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:通过水培试验研究十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-12)对Cr6+胁迫下空心菜种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,Cr6+单一处理,Cr6+质量浓度≤100 mg/L对种子萌发影响差异不显著,随着质量浓度增加,幼苗鲜质量一直下降,叶绿素含量呈先增加后降低的趋势,MDA和脯氨酸含量一直呈上升的趋势。在BS-12与Cr6+共存时,BS-12质量浓度相同,随Cr6+质量浓度增加,对种子萌发影响差异不显著;同时叶绿素含量、MDA及脯氨酸含量随复合质量浓度变化呈现不同的变化规律。

Abstract:The effect of BS-12 on the germination,seedling growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of waterspinach seedling with Cr6+ stress were studied in a solution-culture experiment.The results showed that the concentration(≤100 mg/L)of Cr6+ was not significant effect on seed germination.With the increase of Cr6+ stress,the seedling fresh mass decreased,the chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased,MDA and proline content increased continuously.Combined treatment,the seed germination change was not significant with Cr6+ concentration at the same of BS-12 concentrations,the chlorophyll content,MDA and proline content showed a different variation with the different compound concentration.
