专业群建设背景下食品专业应用型人才培养课程体系的改革与探索

摘    要:地方普通本科高校向应用型转变,服务地方经济发展,是高等教育发展的必然结果。以泉州师范学院建设的“福建省海洋与食品产业应用型人才培养专业群”为例,总结食品科学与工程专业在应用型人才培养课程体系改革中的实施方案与初步成效,为地方本科院校向应用型转型背景下应用型人才培养模式的改革提供参考。

Abstract:It is the inevitable result of the development of higher education that the local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities transform into application-oriented and serve the local economic development.This paper took the“Fujian marine and food industry applied talents training professional group”constructed by Quanzhou Normal University as an example,summarized the implementation plan and preliminary effect of food science and engineering specialty in the reform of applied talents training curriculum system,and provided reference for the reform of application-oriented talents training mode in local undergraduate colleges under the background of application-oriented transformation.
