卵巢组织玻璃化冷冻研究进展

摘    要:卵巢组织玻璃化冷冻可替代直接冷冻卵母细胞或胚胎。玻璃化冷冻卵巢组织在辅助生殖上具有优越性。它无需控制供体的生殖周期 ,也无需取出卵泡。同样这一技术可用于保存濒危动物或受意外伤害的人或动物的卵母细胞 ;可为性成熟前失去生殖能力的动物或人提供生殖保险以及增加卵母细胞的来源 ;可用于建立生殖细胞 (卵母细胞 )的冷冻库。而传统的冷冻技术存在很多弊端。文章综述了玻璃化冷冻卵巢组织的研究背景和现状 ,并指出了其广阔的应用前景

Abstract:The vitrification of ovarian tissue is an alternative or supplement to cryopreservation of oocytes or embryos. The cryopreserving ovarian tissue would be advantageous in assisted reproductive techniques by eliminating the need to control the reproductive cycle of donor and conduct follicular aspiration. For similar reasons, An equally valid approach is to use this procedure for the cryopreserving oocytes from endangered species and animal or woman suffering from unexpected harm. It is also a promising method of preserving fertility for young patients or animals who have lost the fecundity. This approach can enlarge the resource of oocytes, and build the cryobanking of oocytes. However, the conventional techniques have many shortages. This review attempts to explain the research background and the status of vitrification of ovarian tissue. This is a perspective method.
