梳齿式采棉机籽棉清杂系统参数优化

摘    要:采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计,对籽棉清杂系统的参数进行优化.试验结果和分析表明:影响籽棉含杂率的主要因素是刺钉滚筒转速、锯齿滚筒转速和刷棉滚筒转速,按重要性排序为锯齿滚筒转速、刷棉滚筒转速和刺钉滚筒转速.确定的最优组合为锯齿滚筒转速291 r/min、刷棉滚筒转速695 r/min和刺钉滚筒转速367 r/min,此时含杂率为15.10%.

Abstract:The method of quadratic regression general rotation was used to optimize the parameters of seed cotton cleaning apparatus .The results showed that the main factors of impacting impurity rate walking were the barbed nails drum speed, serrated roller speed and cotton brush roller speed. The three factors gradation importance was the serrated roller speed, cotton brush roller speed and barbed nails drum speed. Optimal group of parameters was the serrated roller speed of 291r/min, the cotton brush roller speed of 695r/min,the barbed nails drum speed of 367r/min. In this case, the impurity was 15.10%.
