台湾桤木半同胞授粉子代苗期性状变异的研究

摘    要:台湾桤木半同胞授粉子代间苗高、地径、侧枝长有显著或极显著差异,主要性状具有较高的遗传力,尤其苗高遗传力高达0.8611,其遗传变异较丰富,遗传特性表现突出,这说明开展以苗高为主的家系多性状综合选择和遗传改良潜力巨大,能收到良好效果。

Abstract:The seedling height, basal diameter and side branch length of half-sib pollination offspring of Alnusformosana had significant or highly significant difference, whose main characteristic had higher inheribility, especially, the inheribility of seedling height reached 0. 861 1, which genetic variation were more abundant and which genetic character showed more excellent. These results revealed that the potential of family multiple characteristic comprehensive selection and genetic improvement was greater, which mainly aimed to seedling height, and better effect would be achieved.
