2014年-2015年粤北规模猪场H1亚型猪流感血清学调查与分析

为调查粤北地区规模化猪场H1亚型猪流感病毒的流行和感染情况,采用H1亚型猪流感抗体检测试剂盒检测2014年-2015年采自粤北25个未进行SIV免疫的规模化猪场的376份猪血清.结果表明,2014年和2015年H1亚型猪流感感染总抗体率分别为13.04％和14.58％,而 1月~3月的感染抗体阳性率分别为19.05％和25.00％.该地区H1亚型猪流感感染抗体阳性率相对较低,表现出一定的区域性特征,1月~3月感染抗体阳性率均明显高于其他月份,该地区冬季抗体阳性率相对较高.

Serological Investigation and Analysis of Swine Influenza H1 Subtype in Farms of North Guangdong from 2014 to 2015

In order to investigate the epidemic and infection of H1 subtype SIV in north region of Guangdong,the H1 subtype swine influenza virus antibody detection reagent box was used to detect 376 porcine serum samples collected from 25 large-scale pig farms without SIV immunization in northern Guangdong.Results showed the total positive rates of H1 SIV antibody were 13.04% and 14.58% respectively in 2014 and 2015,while the positive rates from Junuary to March were 19.05% and 25.00% respectively.The positive rate of H1 SIV antibody in this area was relatively low,showing a certain regional characteristics.The antibody positive rate was significantly higher from January to March than that in other monthes,and showed relatively high antibody positive rate in winter only.
