复合酶制剂对獭兔生长性能的影响

摘    要:为了解日粮中添加复合酶制剂Viscozyme L对獭兔生长效果的影响,选用40只40日龄左右的獭兔随机且均分为4组,在日粮中分别添加0、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%复合酶制剂;结果表明:与对照组相比较,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组平均日增重分别增加了31.38%(p<0.01)、12.96%(p>0.05)、8.91%(p>0.05),料重比则分别则降低了6.12%、6.16 %、6.50%.0.05%复合酶制剂添加量对提高獭兔的平均日增重和平均日耗料量即采食量的效果均好于添加0.1%和0.2%复合酶制剂添加量的,但后者可以降低獭兔的料重比.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of diet with compound enzyme agent Viscozyme L on the rex-rabbit growth,40 healthy rex-rabbits about forty-day old were divided into 4 groups randomly,which were fed with diets adding 0,0.05%,0.1% and 0.2% compound enzyme respectively.The results showed that,in comparison to the contrast group,the average daily-weight growth of the experiment group I,II,III increased by 31.38%(p<0.01),12.96%(p>0.05),8.91%(p>0.05),and the average daily feed-meat ratio of the experiment group I,II,III decreased by 6.12%,6.16%,6.50%.The effects of adding 0.05% compound enzyme were better than that of 0.1% and 0.2% compound enzyme on the average daily-weight growth and the average daily feed consumption, but the later decreased the average daily feed-meat ratio.
