| 摘 要： | 鸡腿菇是我省近年来食用菌产业发展的一大支柱品种,栽培面积不断增大,其生长条件粗放,可利用原料广泛,栽培方式多种,技术易掌握,在草腐性土生菌类栽培产量最高,是一种具有较大商业潜力和发展前途的优质食用菌。 |

| Abstract: | The chicken leg mushroom was a big prop variety in our province of edible fungus industry development. The cultivate area unceasingly increases in recent years. Its growth condition extensive, the raw material can be used widely, the technology was easy to grasp. Output was highest in the grass putrescence locally born fungus category, has bigg commercial potential and the development future. |
