摘    要:
采用平板对峙-胚根试验-盆栽试验系统筛选方法,以Fusarium solani为指示菌,从黑龙江省辣椒根际土壤中筛选得到4株拮抗细菌,分别命名为菌株 D221、II621、15-1-1、19-2-3.菌株 D221对大豆疫病菌(Phytophthora sojae)、大豆菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotinorum)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(F. oxysporum)、黄瓜立枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、小麦根腐病菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)、棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae)、水稻恶苗病菌(F. moniliforme)具有明显拮抗作用,对辣椒胚根生长具有促进作用.经形态学、生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA分析,将菌株D221鉴定为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),并在GenBank中注册,序列号为JF495161

Abstract:
With Fusarium solani as indicator,four antagonistic bacteria were selected from the rhizosphere of Capsicum annuum in Heilongjiang Province,and named D221,II621,15-1-1,and 19-2-3,respectively.Strain D221 was evaluted in culture assay,and several different pathogens including Phytophthora sojae,Sclerotinia sclerotinorum,F.oxysporum,Rhizoctonia solani,Bipolaris sorokiniana,Verticillium dahliae and F.moniliforme were inhibited,significantly.Pepper radicle growth was promoted.The strain D221 was identified as Bacillus subtilis by morphological test,physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.And the sequence was registered in GenBank getting the accession No.JF495161.
