弗氏链霉菌变种S-221所产生物活性物质抑菌活性的初步研究

摘    要:
利用无水乙醇分别从弗氏链霉菌变种S-221摇瓶发酵液的上清液和菌丝体中提取生物活性物质,分别对不同细菌、酵母菌和霉菌进行抑菌活性的测定。结果表明,上清液和菌丝体的乙醇提取液对蜡质芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、啤酒酵母、木霉、毛霉、黑曲霉均有较强的抑菌活性。

Abstract:
The absolute alcohol extract of Streptomyces friadia var S-221 from shaking-flask fermentation broth was used to determine the antibacterial activity to the different bacteria,yeasts,moulds.The anti-micriograms of the bioactive compound was obtained from the supernatant and mycelial of Streptomyces friadia var S-221 fermented broth which has antibacterial action on Bacillu scereus,Strophlococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus thuringiensis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Trichodermaspp.,Mucorsp.,Aspergillusniger.
