60 Co辐射对小苍兰生长发育及酯酶同工酶的影响

摘    要:以^60Co不同剂量对小苍兰不同大小种球辐射处理,结果发现:随着辐射剂量增强,使小苍兰植株生长量避渐降低,花期推迟,开花率降低。红色品种的Est同工酶对辐射敏感,但黄色和紫色品种不敏感。5000R剂量可以使小苍兰产生的损伤作用在M1代表现出来。

Abstract:The corms of Freesia were irradiated with~(60)Co at different doses.The growth of Freesia decreased with the increase in~(60)Co irradiation dose. The esterase isozyme(Est enzyme) of the red-flower variety seemed to be sensitive to irradiation while that of the yellow-flower and purple-flower varieties was not.The effect of irradiation was expressed in the M_1s when the dose of~(60)Co irradiation was 5 000 R.
