浅析英汉互译中语义等值问题

翻译是一门高级学科,翻译当中的语义等值问题更是学者们历来争论的焦点,如何达到语义等值更成了焦点中的热点。由于文化差异及表达习惯等原因,要做到语义完全等值几乎是不可能的。但翻译时尽可能地考虑各种因素,采取适当的策略,就有可能达到最大程度的语义等值。本文试着从语义等值的理论内涵、影响因素、可实现性、相对性及对策五个方面对英汉互译中的语义等值问题进行分析,证明作为翻译的标准和原则,等值理论是具有广泛指导意义的。
