摘    要:以柱状田头菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)子实体干品及其经蒸馏得到的的馏分为萃取样品,采用顶空固相微萃取法(headspace solid-phase micro-extraction,HS-SPME)进行挥发性成分提取,气相色谱-质谱法(gaschromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)进行定性定量分析,综合评价柱状田头菇子实体挥发性成分。试验共检测到99种挥发性成分,其中干品样品59种,主要为酸类;馏分中55种,主要为醛类和酮类;干品和馏分中检测到相同组分有15种。

Abstract:Volatile components in a fraction derived by steam distillation of dried Agrocybe cylindracea fruit bodies and present in the original dried material were extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME).Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry identified 59 and 55 volatile components in the dried fruit bodies and the distillate,respectively.Volatile compounds in dried fruit bodies consisted mainly of acids while the distillate contained mainly aldehydes and ketones.Quantification using the peak area normalization method revealed that fifteen volatile components were present in the two samples in significantly different amounts.
