| 摘 要： | 利用液相色谱-库仑阵列电化学检测器(HPLC-ECD)对鸡肝中残留的氯羟吡啶的检测进行了研究。将样品经液液萃取,使用液相色谱-库仑阵列电化学检测器检测,结果表明,鸡肝中氯羟吡啶在15～1 000 ng/g范围内线性良好,回收率为85.22%,检测限达10ng/g,达到国家检测标准,适用于氯羟吡啶的检测。

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method coupled with coulometric electrode array system for the determination of clopidol is established.The chicken liver samples were purified through liquid-liquid extraction.The recovery of clopidol in chicken liver was 85.22% and the detection limit was 10 ng/g in the range of 15～1 000 μg/g of clopidol in chicker liver.Then the method was validated thoroughly.The result showed the method developed with HPLC-ECD was reproducible and sensitive enough for biological matrix. |
