江西东乡野生稻对褐飞虱的抗性鉴定初报

摘    要:野生稻是水稻抗褐飞虱基因的重要种质资源。采用标准苗期集团筛选法(SSST法)测定了江西东乡野生稻对褐飞虱的抗性水平,并观察了以SSST法筛选出的0~5级抗性材料采用苗期继续为害8 d所具的抗级保持期。结果表明,在所鉴定的110份东乡野生稻材料中,对褐飞虱抗性以上的单株所占比例为27.27%,其中6份单株表现出中等持抗期级。这些东乡野生稻抗性材料对培育抗褐飞虱水稻品种具有重要应用价值。

Abstract:Wild species of Oryza is an important resource of the genes for resistance to brown planthopper(BPH).In this study,the resistant level of Dongxiang common wild rice to BPH was evaluated with the standard screening techniques(SSST),and durable resistance rating of resistant materials(0~5 grade) obtained in the SSST was assessed by the durable resistance period.The results showed that the number of plants with immunity,high resistance and moderate resistance to BPH accounted for 27.27% of all tested materials,and 6 plants were at moderate durable resistance period rating.These resistant plants have a great potential in the improvement of BPH resistance of rice varieties.
