波尔山羊与麻城黑山羊杂交后代的毛色表观分析

分析波尔山羊和麻城黑山羊杂交后代的毛色表现型。结果表明,波尔山羊对后代毛色的影响力很强,其棕头白身的毛色特征在74.22%的后代中得到不同程度的体现,回交后的纯黑色和黑头白身个体比例有所提高,横交后代中黑头白身个体的比例高于其他组合。各毛色比例在公母羊之间的差异均不显著,表明毛色遗传可能不受性别影响。窝内个体毛色对比发现,同窝个体并不一定具有相同毛色。本研究对丰富山羊毛色遗传理论、指导麻城黑山羊新品种的培育有一定意义。

Preliminary Study on inheritance of coat color in crossbred of Boer and Macheng Black Goat

Through the observing experiments on coat color in crossbred of Boerand Macheng Black goat,inheritance rule of coat color were analyzed in this text. The results showed that Boer goat has a greater influence on coat color, its characteristic of brown head with white body was expressed by different levels in 74.22% of progeny, the percentage of pure black and black head with white body progeny had increased after backcross, the percentage of black head with white body in horizontal cross offspring was higher than other combinations.No significant differences were observed in the proportion of different coat color between male and female. This indicated that the genetic mechanism of coat color might not be influenced by sex.The goats in litters uncertain have the same coat.The results of study have certain reference significance for the genetic theory of goat color and breeding of new Macheng black goatbreeds.
