杜泊羊与小尾寒羊杂交试验

摘    要:本试验选永靖县瑞辉养殖有限责任公司种羊场引进的杜泊公羊做父本,以小尾寒羊做母本,杜寒F1、杜寒F2与小尾寒羊和杜泊羊进行了生产性能比较,研究同一营养水平条件下,全价饲料饲喂对不同组合的生产性能和各项指标影响.结果表明,杜寒F1断奶前平均日增重达到318 g,比小尾寒羊提高43.89%(P<0.01),而且杜寒F2也显著高于小尾寒羊(P<0.05);杜寒F1、杜寒F2育肥期增重分别比小尾寒羊提高40.99 %;胴体体重以杜寒F1和杜寒F2明显比小尾寒羊高;杜寒F1和杜寒F2屠宰率分别比小尾寒羊高5.9和1.8个百分点;眼肌面积以杜寒F2最大(15.8 cm^2),比小尾寒羊高3.5 cm^2,这充分说明杜寒F2肉用性能得到了显著提高;杜寒二代周岁公羊体尺和体重指标均超过纯种杜泊公羊,其中体重比纯种杜泊羊高20.88% (P<0.05),体高增加12.13%,胸围增加9.86%(P>0.05);杜寒F1、杜寒F2初产母羊的产羔率分别为140%和129.5%,杜寒F1母羊产羔率比杜泊羊提高40个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);杜寒F2比杜泊羊提高17.9个百分点(P<0.05).

Abstract:The experiment selected yongjing Pfizer breeding co.,LTD ZhongYangChang introduced Dorper rams as male parent,Small-tail Han sheep as female parent,growth performance of F1 from Dorper×Han,and F2 from Dorper×Han,were compared.The results indicated that average daily weight gain of F1Dorper×Han was 318 g,which improved 43.89%than Small-tail Han sheep(P〈0.01).Weight gain of F1Dorper×Han and F2Dorper×Han increased 40.99%than Smalltail Han sheep,slaughter rated increased 5.9% and 1.8%than Small-tail Han sheep,eye muscle area of F2 Dorper×Han was the largest,which showed than meat quality improved significantly.Body size and weight male F2Dorper×Han was higher than pure breed male Dorper,body weight increased 20.88%(P〈0.05),body height increased 12.13%,chest circumference increased 9.86%(P〈0.05).Lambing rate of F1 and F2was 140%and 129.5%,which increased by 40%(P〈0.01)and 17.9%,respectively(P〈0.05).
