摘    要:采用均匀设计方案对不同浸渍条件下重组竹的压制工艺进行优化,对重组竹的含水率、内结合强度、膨胀率和游离酚含量进行测定,最终确定重组竹压制的理想工艺参数为浸胶浓度18%、浸胶时间10min、固化温度115℃。

Abstract:A uniform design plan is used to optimize the pressing process of reconsolidated bamboo under different impregnation conditions and measure the water moisture,internal bond strength,swelling rate and free phenol content of reconsolidated bamboo,finally determining the ideal process parameters of reconsolidated bamboo pressing process as follows:dipped concentration,18%; dipping time,10min; curing temperature,115 ℃.
