进出口检疫发现的茎线虫及其致病性的研究

摘    要:检疫进口荷兰郁金香和我国山东牡丹出口时发现的茎线虫,经形态鉴定,分别为鳞球茎茎线虫和腐烂茎线虫。用截获的两种茎线虫对6种不同的寄主植物进行致病性测定表明,截获进口的鳞球茎茎线虫能使郁金香、水仙和风信子发病,但不能侵染洋葱、马铃薯和甘薯,初步诊断该线虫为郁金香小种;截获出口的腐烂茎线虫能使郁金香、甘薯和洋葱发病,但不侵染水仙、风信子和马铃薯。通过两种茎线虫的检疫和鉴定,提出了对茎线虫应实施的植物检疫对策。

Abstract:Morphological identifications showed that quarantined stem nematodes of im- port tulip bulb from the Netherlands and export peony from Shandong,China,were Dity- lenchus dipsaci and D.destructor,respectively.Pathogenicity test indicated that D.dip- saci from the Netherlands could infect tulip,narcissus,and hyacinth,but not infect onion, potato,and sweet potato.It was identified as tulip race of D.dipsaci;D.destructor could infect tulip,onion,and sweet potato,but not infect narcissus,hyacinth,and potato.
