摘    要:以3年生西洋杜鹃‘粉珍珠’幼苗为试材,分别在22℃/14℃(14h/10h)、30℃/22℃(14h/10h)和38℃/30℃(14h/10h)下胁迫4d,研究了西洋杜鹃叶片对高温胁迫的理化响应。结果表明:在30℃和38℃胁迫下,植株遭受不同程度的伤害,38℃胁迫对植株造成的伤害程度大于30℃。叶绿素含量随着胁迫温度呈逐渐降低趋势;丙二醛含量在30℃轻度胁迫时下降,38℃重度胁迫时则升高;超氧化物歧化酶活性变化趋势则相反。说明‘粉珍珠’有一定的耐热性,但22℃是其较适宜的生长温度。

Abstract:Three-old-year Rhododendron hybridum 'fenzhenzhu'seedling was taken as test materials, the heat tolerance of R.hybridum and some relative physiological indices were determined and analyzed under the stress conditions of 22℃/14℃(14h/10h),30℃/22℃(14h/10h)and 38℃/ 30℃(14h/10h)for 4days.The results showed that at 30 ℃ and 38 ℃,the both stresses led to serious varing degrees damage,and the injury caused by the stress of 38℃ was worse than that 30℃. Chlorophyll content was increased with the rise of temperature;content of MDA decreased at 30℃ light stress condition and increased at heavy stress condition 38℃,while the activity of SOD increased at 30 ℃ and decreased at 38 ℃.It indicated that R.hybridum 'fenzhenzhu'had a certain heat resistance and the suitable temperature growth was 22℃.
