| 摘 要： | 陕西省长江流域防护林体系建设应走全面治理、综合发展的道路，贯彻以生态经济型防护林体系工程为主体，生物措施与工程措施相结合的方针，逐步形成农林牧协调发展的大农业生态环境。在营建技术上，要注意立地条件类型及适生种的配置，注意林种、树种的优化组合，尤其要注意掌握恶劣立地条件的造林技术。

| Abstract: | The construction of protection forest system in the Yangtze River Valley of Shaanxi Province showed follow the road of all - round management and comprehensive development, take the construction of protection forest system in the eco-economic type as a main engineering, combine biological measures with engineering measures together, progressively establish a better agriculture eco - environment with farming, forestry and stocking raising harmonizing development. On the construction techniques, the site condition, tree species selection, forest categories arrangement and tree species combination showed be considered carefully, especially for the afforestation techniques on the worst site condition. |
