烯效唑浸种对苦荞生长的影响

摘    要:目的]为苦荞的高产栽培提供理论依据。方法]采用不同浓度烯效唑溶液对九江苦荞进行浸种处理,通过盆栽试验研究烯效唑对九江苦荞的苗高、茎分节数、叶面积和茎生长的影响。结果]经烯效唑浸种后,九江苦荞的苗高极显著低于对照,且矮化程度随烯效唑浓度的增加而增加。在一定浓度范围内烯效唑能显著增加苦荞的茎分节数。烯效唑处理在一定程度上缩小九江苦荞的叶面积,在一定浓度范围内其叶面积缩小率为19.68%~41.20%。烯效唑对九江苦荞茎的横向生长具有明显促进作用,茎粗增幅为21.44%~39.05%。结论]综合考虑,用于对九江苦荞进行浸种处理的适宜烯效唑浓度为80 mg/L。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the high-yield cultivation of Fagopyrum tataricum.Method] The seeds of Jiujiang buckwheat were soaked with uniconazole solution at different concn.,the effects of uniconazole on the seedling height,node number of stem,leaf area and stem growth of Jiujiang buckwheat were studied through pot experiment.Result] After soaking the seeds with uniconazole,the seedling height of Jiujiang buckwheat was extremely significantly lower than that of CK and the dwarfing degree was enhanced with the increasing of uniconazole concn.In certain concn.range,uniconazole could significantly increase the node number of stem in F.tataricum.Treating with uniconazole could reduce shorthen the leaf area of Jiujiang buckwheat to certain extent and its reducing rate of leaf area was 19.68%~41.20% in certain concn.range.Uniconazole had obvious promotion on the lateral growth of stem in Jiujiang buckwheat,with the increase amplitude of stem diameter of 21.44%~39.05%.Conclusion] Considering synthetically,the suitable concn.of uniconazole that used in soaking the seeds of Jiujiang buckwheat was 80 mg/L.
