| 摘 要： | 用多种絮凝剂对硫酸庆大霉素废液进行了混凝试验 ,同时采用几种固液分离设备进行了分离试验。试验结果表明 :选择自配的 TDF药剂 ,投加量 0 .2 % ,用板框压滤机作为固液分离设备 ,COD、SS去除率高 ,滤液质量好 ,滤速快 ,药剂费用低 ,滤渣含水率 70 %左右 ,综合效果最好 ,适合于工业化生产。

| Abstract: | With lots of flocculants the experiments have been performed to make gentamycin sulfate coagulate ,which simultaneously used several Solid-liquid Separation Equipments.The conclusions is:using only 0.2% our TDF agent and Plate Filter-Press to separate liquids,all of the COD and SS removal ratio, filtrated liquids quality and filtrating rate are satisfactory ,as well as the little cost of agents and the 70% water in the filtrated sludge . In a word ,it is applicable for industrial production. |
