一种新型低纹波高精度数控直流电流源

摘    要:针对普通直流电流源普遍存在的精度低、调节范围小、稳定性差等缺点,设计了一种新型低纹波高精度数控直流电流源.该系统以AT89S51单片机为核心,采用串联反馈调整结构,以TLV5618产生基准电压,HD7279作为键盘显示接口,采用汇编语言和C语言混合编程实现偏差补偿和人机交互功能.实际测试表明,该电流源可实现20~2 000 mA范围内步进1 mA的精确恒流输出调整,纹波电流低于0.1 mA,且具有良好的交互性.

Abstract:A novel digitally controlled DC current source was presented to overcome the widely existed drawbacks of traditional DC current source such as low precision,narrow adjusting range and bad stability.Based on a cascaded feedback control structure,the system adopts AT89S51 as the core,the output of TLV5618 as the reference voltage,HD7279 as the keyboard display interface,and uses mixed programming by C language and assembly language to implement the error compensation algorithm and human computer interaction.Test results indicate that accurate DC current output can be obtained with 1 mA stepping adjustment in the range of 20 ~ 2 000 mA,and the current ripple is below 0.1 mA.The system also has good performance on stability and the ability of interaction.
