摘    要:以豫北地区种植的洛麦9133、兰考矮早8、济麦20和豫麦54计4个冬小麦品种为材料,采用盆栽试验对水分胁迫条件下冬小麦品种拔节期的响应和抗旱性进行了研究.结果表明:随干旱胁迫的加剧,各品种拔节期叶水势、叶绿素总含量、根系活力和总生物量均降低;叶片脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、膜透性、POD活性均呈增加趋势.经综合评价,4个冬小麦品种中洛麦9133抗旱性最强;其次为豫麦54和济麦20;兰考矮早8最差.

Abstract:The response to water stress and drought resistance during jointing stage of four wheat varieties,Luomai9133,Lankaoaizao8,Jimai20 and Yumai54 were evaluated through pot experiments.The results showed that leaf water potential,total chlorophyll content,root activity and total biomass were decreased with soil water drop,while proline content,soluble sugar content,permeability of plasma membrane and POD activity were increased.Comprehensive evaluation indicated that Luomai9133 had the highest drought resistance,Yumai54 and Jimai20,the next and Lankaoaizao8,the lowest.
