| 摘 要： | 秦川牛作为中国地方良种黄牛之一,具有独特的遗传性能.本文从秦川牛的分子群体遗传特征及起源、进化、经济性状、分子遗传标记及相关功能基因多态性等方面对其研究进展进行了综述,同时指出了秦川牛分子育种的前景及目前存在问题.

| Abstract: | As one of the most famous indigenous breeds in China,Qinchuan cattle has a unique genetic performance.The achievement of molecular markers in Qinchuan breed were reviewed here involving molecular genetic characteristics of population,origin and evolution,molecular genetic markers for economic traits and the polymorphisms of some functional genes.Meanwhile,prospect and problems of molecular breeding in beef cattle were pointed out. |
