| 摘 要： | 目的]研究蔗糖基聚合物对茶树菇产量及品质的影响，为蔗糖基聚合物应用于茶树菇生产提供参考依据。方法]用1．0％的蔗糖基聚合物水溶液对茶树菇进行3种栽培处理，茶树菇的产量、生物学效率以及品质性状被测定。结果]结果表明，蔗糖基聚合物应用于茶树菇栽培具有显著的增产增效作用，其中，蔗糖基聚合物以拌料处理增产效果最优，增产率达28．4％，生物学效应达75．4％；而现蕾后以喷施处理对茶树菇品质提高有显著作用，蛋白质、多糖和Vc含量分别提高了26．1％、18．6％和2．1％。结论]蔗糖基聚合物可以作为一种新型食用菌生长调节剂，应用于茶树菇生产。 |
